Member Eligibility and Subscriber Agreement

As a member, you agree not to reproduce, retransmit, sell, distribute, publish, broadcast, circulate, or commercially exploit the information in any manner without the express written consent of ETF Digest.

Subscribers are determined on a per household basis.

The 14-Day free trial is limited to first time subscribers only.

Subsequent subscriptions will be treated as a renewal subscription with billing to commence within 24 hours.

Limit one 14-Day free trial per subscriber.

Your Subscription Account

As a free trial subscriber, you must register your billing details like all other subscribers.

The "Charge Date" given on the Cybersource registration page is the precise date when your free trial will end.

Please keep a copy of your confirmation receipt for your records.

If you do not wish to continue your free-trial or regular subscription, you can cancel your subscription by sending us an email notification to cancel to support [at] etfdigest.com at least 48 hours before your 14-day trial period or regular subscription period has ended.

For security and accuracy measures, we do not accept subscription cancellations over the telephone. This must be done in writing via email notification.

If we do not receive written notification to cancel from you within this period, your free trial is automatically converted to a regular subscription by Cybersource.com.

This means that on your "Charge Date" you will automatically be charged for the recurring monthly subscription rate of 19.95 or the special annual rate of 195.00.

The special annual subscription rate is non-refundable and non-proratable.

All Sales Final.

Password and Use of Account

The ETF Digest member must safeguard and be entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and will not share the password with others who are not authorized to use the account at any time.

You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of the Account or any access to your password or the password of any User of your Account.

Enforcement of Terms of Service

ETF Digest reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to anyone if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms of Service, or violated our rights or those of another party.

Once suspended or terminated, you may not continue to use the ETF Digest service under a different Account or re-register under a new Account. In addition, violations of the Terms of Service may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and may result in additional penalties and sanctions.

ETF Digest reserves the right to terminate any User for any reason, at its sole discretion and to refuse to provide registration and membership to you in the future. We will notify you if we cancel your membership.
